What will happen at my first physiotherapy appointment?
On your initial consultation, you will be asked detailed questions relating to your condition and also your past medical history. Your physiotherapist will then complete an objective assessment or physical examination to establish the root cause of your symptoms, and help him determine the most effective treatment. You will then go through your treatment and rehab program.

What should I wear?
Please arrive in loose comfortable clothing or gym wear to allow the clinician to access the affected area of the body.

How many physiotherapy sessions do I need?
This can be variable depending on the condition. For some, a one off appointment is enough to help them self-manage with a rehab plan. In most cases, patients need at least 3 sessions to notice benefits of physio treatment and to effectively progress their rehabilitation. This is very much a case by case basis but your physio will set a plan and expectations on how many sessions will be beneficial from the initial consultation.

How do I pay for my appointment?
You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash.

What are your cancellation policy and can I reschedule my appointment?
You can message or call us on 07805674863 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Outside of the 24hr period, there is no charge, within 24hrs you will incur a full cancellation charge or a 50% reduction if you rebook immediately.
